These messages are service-related — for example, appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling coordination, project status updates, and responses to your questions. We do not send cold or unsolicited marketing text messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your number for texts is not required to receive a quote or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 11.

We use third-party communications platforms (currently Quo and OpenPhone) to send and manage these messages on our behalf. These providers process your information solely to deliver our communications and under obligations to protect it.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your contact information and phone number — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, our CRM (HubSpot), communications platforms (Quo and OpenPhone), website hosting, analytics and advertising providers (Google), and payment processors — under obligations to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Financing partners. If you apply for financing, with our financing provider(s) solely to process and service your application.
- Subcontractors and crew. With personnel and subcontractors involved in performing your project, limited to what’s needed to do the work.
